Refund and Returns Policy – EduHub
At EduHub, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
Course Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- You have not completed more than 20% of the course.
- You submit a valid reason for your dissatisfaction, which helps us improve our offerings.
Subscription Plans
Refunds for monthly or annual subscription plans can be requested within 14 days of activation, subject to:
- You have accessed fewer than 5 courses during your subscription period.
- You provide feedback on why the subscription did not meet your expectations.
Special Programs and Certifications
Refunds for certification programs or special educational bundles are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Typically, refunds may be granted if:
- The request is made within 7 days of enrollment.
- You have not started any coursework or downloaded materials.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated or partial refunds once access is granted.
- Downloaded Content: If any part of a course has been downloaded, the purchase is non-refundable.
- Third-Party Purchases: Courses bought through partner platforms or third-party vendors are ineligible.
- Discounted or Sale Courses: Courses purchased at a discounted rate or during promotional events are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
- Login to Your EduHub Account
Navigate to the “My Courses” or “My Subscriptions” section and select the item you wish to refund. - Submit a Refund Request
Click on “Request Refund” and fill in the required details, including your reason for the refund. - Review & Processing
Our support team will evaluate your request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Additional Information
- Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. If that’s not possible, we will work with you to arrange an alternative solution.
- Technical Issues: If you’re experiencing technical difficulties accessing your course, please contact support@eduhub.org.in before requesting a refund. We’ll attempt to resolve the issue first.
